Piping and Structural Stress Analysis
Our stress analysis services help assess whether piping and structural systems can safely withstand the loads they may encounter during operation and throughout their service life.
We analyse the effects of temperature, pressure and external forces, considering structural integrity, flexibility and operational requirements. Checks can be carried out routinely or to meet your project needs, relevant international standards and client specifications.
Using 3D design software linked with CAESAR II, we can assess the design and identify potential issues. Our analysis can help inform design adjustments and the positioning of pipe supports, anchors and guides.

Site Surveys
We carry out site surveys at greenfield and brownfield facilities across the UK and internationally. Our experience spans oil and gas, process, utilities and chemical sites.
Surveys can collect the dimensional and site information needed to support design, modification and project planning, including:

- Equipment and asset information
- Facility information
Our personnel hold ECITB Safety Passports and are familiar with site health and safety requirements, including permit-to-work and hot-work procedures, risk assessments, method statements and site inductions.

3D Model Reviews
We review our own and client 3D models against project specifications, drawings, documents and data. Reviews are carried out in Navisworks, either in person or remotely via Microsoft Teams.
A model review can cover:
- Model checks against P&IDs
- Piping, steelwork and equipment
- Clash detection
- Operational access
- Construction and maintenance access
- Escape routes and muster areas
- Interpretation of 3D scan data
- Design change recommendations, where required
