This project was to design a relief valve manifold and operating structure to protect from overpressure of Nitrogen supply on an LNG plant.
Designed for one of one clients, this involved the replacement 16” pipe spool with a branch feeding relief valves and a structure designed to support two relief valves and an ESD valve plus 3 large silencers with ample operator access. Both piping and structure were stress analysed by Awali.
This is now operational without issues.
